Instructions to Report about engine operation.

The purpose of the questionnaire is regular data collection by design organisation LOM PRAHA s.p. about operating hours and removed engine defects. It is obligation of the owner to collect and send these information´s, even if engine was operating without defects. These infromation´s are used to analyse operation reliability of these engines. Further instructions are given in report.
